Here are the ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g of Lanza farfalle
- 50 g of parmesan cheese
- 80 g butter
- 250 g of liquid cream
- salt and pepper
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to the recommended cooking time.
Cut the butter into small pieces and melt it in a frying pan on the stove.
