Natural tuna penne with basil

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1 can of tuna in brine
  • 300 g of penne pasta
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
  • Basil
  • Parmesan shavings

Cook the penne for the indicated cooking time.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil, stir in the peeled and chopped onion.

Leave to cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and basil. Let come back.

Add the previously drained tuna. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the pasta and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve on a nice plate and add shavings of Parmesan.
