Spaghetti with Roquefort

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 350 g Lanza fresh egg spaghetti
  • 100 g Roquefort
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling water.
Crush the Roquefort, then add the crème fraîche and a pinch of pepper.
Drain the pasta. Put them in a frying pan over low heat in which you will add the Roquefort-cream mixture.
Chop the garlic and pour it into the pan.
Mix well and serve hot.
