Gnocchi, parmesan and pine nuts sauce

Ingredients for 4 people

1/2 cube of chicken stock
100 ml of water
20 cl of full cream
2 good handfuls of grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
Sprockets
Salt
Pepper
Arugula salad

Preparation

Heat the water and add the broth. Then add the cream and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add the Parmesan, Dijon mustard, nutmeg & pepper. Taste and salt if necessary. Let the sauce reduce a bit.
Cook the gnocchi as directed on the package.
Pour the sauce over the gnocchi & add the chives and pine nuts, mix!
Serve with a little arugula salad for some color and freshness.
