Spaghetti with shrimp and garlic
For 4 people
- 400g Spaghetti
- 12 Large peeled shrimps
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- In a large volume of salted boiling water, immerse the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. In a sauté pan, melt the garlic in the olive oil for 5 minutes then the shrimp for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Drain the pasta and pour it into the sauté pan. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Mix before tasting quickly.
