Spaghetti with tomato sauce and fresh mint

Ingredients for 4 persons

400 g of spaghetti
20 mint leaves
4 cloves of garlic
4 tomatoes
75 g of bacon
Butter or olive oil

Preparation: Total time: 25 min

  1. Cook the spaghetti
  2. Brown the bacon
  3. While cooking, peel the tomatoes and garlic, wash the mint leaves.
  4. Cut the tomatoes in 4, put them in a blender with the garlic and mint and blend very finely: your sauce is ready.
  5. Add a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil to your pasta (depending on taste), cover with the sauce with the bacon.
