Spaghetti with tomato sauce and fresh mint
400 g of spaghetti
20 mint leaves
4 cloves of garlic
75 g of bacon
Butter or olive oil

- Cook the spaghetti
- Brown the bacon
- While cooking, peel the tomatoes and garlic, wash the mint leaves.
- Cut the tomatoes in 4, put them in a blender with the garlic and mint and blend very finely: your sauce is ready.
- Add a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil to your pasta (depending on taste), cover with the sauce with the bacon.
